New digital positioning: focus on data integration and online sales channels

Oberrauch Zitt is one of the largest fashion houses in South Tyrol. The company was founded in 1846 when Anton Oberrauch opened a small textile shop under the Bozen Lauben. In over 150 years of retail experience, Oberrauch-Zitt has developed into a company that creates perfect looks time and again. The focus of the company’s continuous development is on the production and sale of original Bolzano loden. – Flexibility and passion every day in the service of customers, but above all constant attention to changing trends and fashions.

The need to connect their website to other marketplaces in the world of luxury fashion led Oberrauch Zitt to embark on a new digital path with us at the beginning of 2020. Given the amount of data, content and products, we started implementing PIM Akeneo. We have developed new interfaces and managed the integration of YUB Connect with various sales channels. After a few months, we will support you in developing your own online shop from scratch. Today the company wants to concentrate on omnichannel sales and develop its own digital portal to increase sales. The aim is to integrate all commercial touchpoints, both online and offline, in order to address as many customers as possible.
